When Tim and I woke up this morning, we were exhausted but still glowing from the fun of the night before. Thank you to everyone who made the U2 show such a great time. U2 was amazing, but I think it was the company that really made it memorable. Our day started slowly. We [...] Bono
Tuesday was all about the big show. Tim and Chico were up until 11 the night before making food for the 15 people we expected at Frank’s tailgate party. When the day started, we got up early and worked so that we could start playing as soon as possible. [...] After 4000 miles of travel over the past 12 days, we enjoyed an extremely relaxing day in the Viscovich household in Oakton Virginia. The day started with hugs from Sophie and Anna before they went to school. Tim and I then got ready for a full workday, the first in weeks that wasn’t spent [...] We woke up this morning to a true Southern breakfast banquet. Homemade Pumpkin Bread, Fried Apples, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage and Cantelope started the morning. After this big meal and 5 days of 5 hours of sleep, Tim and I immediately went back to bed for a nap. 2 hours later we finally began [...] This morning we woke to the pitter patter of rain in Lexington KY. We only had 430 miles left to drive to Ringgold VA and it seemed like no problem since we’d just finished up relatively easy 3500 miles. We got on the road with Tim at the wheel.
