Tonight we’re spending the night in the big city. After 3 dusty days in the Death Valley desert, we’re showering up and going to play the night away in Vegas. We first went to Hoover Dam, planning to take the tour, but the 3 mile backup of cars, all with the same idea, turned us around. Instead we drove the Las Vegas Strip playing Snoop Dogg to our concrete campsite at the Vegas KOA. We gathered our event literature and planned the night. We’re hoping to run into Scott for dinner and fun tonight. It should be extremely entertaining.
Since we may have a late night, for tonight’s blog we’ve decided to go with predictions of the night ahead versus the actual events (ie presumptive analysis). Here are everyone’s predictions for the evening. Tomorrow we’ll relay what really happened…though as they say…what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas….
Keri: We will see lots of people and lights and will have Margaritas at Margaritaville.
Jimmie “Punkin” Shell: I will win $50.
Tim: Due to Punkin’s prediction (and his promise to Keri not to gamble tonight), I predict Jimmie and Keri will get in a fight.
Mary Lynn: At least one cheeseburger will be eaten tonight….perhaps many many more.
A trip will be made to Industrial Ave….
