Tonight we’re on the road again!! ok, maybe we’re only sort of on the road. But at least we’re hanging out in Frank. Tonight we’ll drive 6 miles up the road to spend the night in Teton Village. Tim has 8 days left on his 10 day pass at Jackson so he’s got to fit in some skiing. It feels like we’ve skiing a lot, but it hasn’t been at the Village, so he needs to catch up before we head out in March. No better day to catch up then on our extra leap year day, February 29th. Tonight we have Belle with us so she’s going to get her first taste of a night in Frank. We’ll be cozy.
Today we had lots going on. Our internet satellite tripod came in the mail. We set it up in the living room and it is bomber. It has an ingenious anchor called the Claw which qualified as our picture of the day. That dish is going nowhere! While Tim was setting this up, I was posting my first news content for Vertical Media. I am writing their weekly news feed for their web sites. It’s the first step to remote work, and qualifies me a a paid writer!
Now we’re off to the Village. We’re piling Belle in the van and getting ski stuff together. We should have some good ski pics tomorrow!
UPDATE 2/29/08: We didn’t make it to the Village… too tired, and too much work!
